Brickflow names new non-executive director

The online search engine for development finance loans Brickflow has appointed Tim Noble (pictured above) as non-executive director.

In his new role, he will use his knowledge of development finance to accelerate the company’s growth.

Tim has over 30 years of experience in the industry, and has held numerous senior positions at Bank Leumi, Metro Bank, Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander, and Close Brothers Property Finance.

He was also a founding member of the development finance team at Paragon Bank prior to joining Brickflow.

After taking early retirement, Tim is now pursuing a number of consultancies, including at Brickflow.

He is also currently working with a small private broking firm as advisor for their development finance enquiries.

Commenting on his appointment, Tim said: “I’m excited to be joining Brickflow at the beginning of what is an incredibly exciting journey.

“Brickflow is a truly revolutionary tech proposition that will shake up the development finance sector by connecting developers and lenders and knocking down many of the traditional barriers to accessing development finance.”

Ian Humphreys, co-founder and head of lending at Brickflow, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Tim to the Brickflow team.

“He is a [fountain] of development finance knowledge, and his black book of contacts within the industry is second to none.

“With Tim’s expert counsel, we’re confident we can take Brickflow to the next level and beyond.”
